-low volume of new projects -unclear communication on how bonuses work (not guaranteed to get a bonus ) - lots of corporate red tape - Lack of NetSuite and project experience in leadership

I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.
