Crowe is very good to their employees and shows so much care. They make sure you can create a work/life balance and aren't so pushy like any of the other firms. Long hours during busy season, but still not as demanding as other firms. No matter where you go, you will have long hours during this time. It's just part of accounting. You will be required to work most Saturday's during busy season, but the days aren't long and they feed you and play games! Depending on where you live, you may have to pay for your parking as they only pay for managers and above.
