Good pay - I found to be better than "Big 4". Good benefits.

Minpunten

-No leadership at all. -You work back-breaking hours almost all year long (at least 55+), except your PTO - but when you return from your PTO you almost wish you would never have taken a vacation at all due to all the work that has accumulated. -Understaffed departments - "you do more with less" -Dissapointing "Bonuses" -Inflexible upper management
