Employees in cube45 eCommerce services are instructed to follow strict timing I.e., 9 am to 6 pm/6 days a week. Permanent employees get one day week off(Saturday) every month and employees on their provision period do not get any week off or casual leave, only emergency leaves are permitted with specific loss of pay (LOP). Employees are not allowed to take their mobile phones, handbags, lunch bags/box or shoulder bags inside the company. Employees are suppose to handover their mobile phones to watchman and expect HR and team head, all other employees are not not allowed to use their mobile phones in cafeteria also. All the employees are given 30 mins overall break time and 30 mins lunch break, there will be deduction according to the extra time taken. PF is so high, after completing all your monthly task with hell lot of pressure, you get very little pay. There is no increments or promotion or bonus during your employment, if you provide way high work from your allotted task, with good quality, and with no deduction (LOP’s) and with zero emergency or casual leave, you may get 2000rs extra. At a point of time, The same work you do every single day without any break will automatically suffocate.
