      Over promising and under delivering to customers. Over reliance on offshore resources in preference to local resources closer to the projects and customers. Taking long standing customers for granted. Reversal of all work life balance initiatives.

      Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal. No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.
