Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal.
No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.
