- Incompetent leadership team that doesn't take accountability - Toxic work environment - New sales people are not given ample time and chance to bring in sales - Hire/fire rate is too high - Too many resignations within a short period of time

I really enjoyed the flexibility and liked to be challenged in a positive and respectful manner.

Minpunten

Intense work, like many companies that are eager to make it in the world of Bioscience. You've got to put in the work and time, definitely not a place for a "doing-the-minimum" mindset.

Technology rarely works as advertised. Systems are unreliable. Management is beyond poor. Marketing is comic. R&D is uninspiring. Innovation is absent. Doorstop and paperweight maker. Smoke and mirrors without the smoke. Or mirrors.
