These awful people have no clue how to pay people well. Most employees were stressed, exhausted, and underpaid. As they knew their worth, they left quickly, leading to ridiculously high employee turnover. The people in leadership just avoided the issue and never fixed what was wrong.

CCS has supportive colleagues, the dress code is relaxed (except when client facing), managers and higher ups are open to discussions and make themselves available, and communication is generally good.

Minpunten

Not a lot of room for upward mobility, employee insurance is expensive, vacation policy (no rollover allowed, start at 2 weeks, max 4 weeks for any employee regardless of length of tenure).
