      as much as possible they will retain you and even you wont be able to move out since ur experience wont be valid as u wont be able to have skills

      zero growth, worst ever management....very very vague technologies and you wont have any opportunities outside. very very worst management and hrs....especially there is a guy called mehmood ghulam, who sacked me for his inability to do work and grudge.... sometimes 18hrs per day with no compoff this company people has very bad reputations outside.

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Minpunten

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
