I would not recommend working for this company if you value a healthy work-life balance or a supportive environment. The culture has become increasingly toxic over the past few years, with bullying and poor behaviour from leadership being tolerate, and in some cases, rewarded. There is little to no respect for personal time, and employees are regularly expected to work far beyond their contracted hours without acknowledgment or compensation.
Despite claims of being “family friendly,” the reality is quite the opposite. Flexibility and understanding are virtually nonexistent, and the constant pressure to perform takes a real toll on morale and wellbeing.
It’s also become very clear that the company’s focus has shifted entirely toward profit rather than delivering quality service or maintaining positive customer relationships, and their reputation in the KBB industry is suffering because of this. The atmosphere feels transactional and cold, and many good people have left as a result.
If you’re looking for a workplace that values its employees, fosters respect, and genuinely cares about its customers, I would advise looking elsewhere.
