Small company, can learn lots. Lots of Chinese working here, have opportuinity to work in diversity enviornment. have chance to work with other people

Minpunten

mess management, low paid, unfriendly management. HR sucks, poor product quality management. Have to fight with both outside customer and inside management. Hard to realize your own idea

For entry level it might be a good start. It's a basic automotive industry environment.

Minpunten

Management got huge problem. Mental doctor is recommended. Always yelling and screaming to employees. Unreasonable. The management is truly chaos. No company policy, everything is oral then don't admit it's been said. Very hard to work with. No vacation policy. No overtime policy. Chinese employees need to work a lot of overtime and communicate with China in the evening and over weekend. System is very out-dated and slow. Low pay comparing to the market. Employees don't feel being appreciated no matter how hard you work. Not a happy working environment. Some employees like to tell on others behind back. In a nutshell, not good.
