they laid off a third of the company, then people started quitting and no one has been hired to handle the workload and top management doesn't care. the solution is to tell us to manage up. no one is being hired to replace the people who were laid off, their jobs are just redistributed to us. exec leadership is worse or just repeats manage up solutions. they took away all of our perks and free stuff. middle management cares but the problem is at the top.
