The company changes sales reps’ compensation plans every year and is consistently late in providing the new structures. There are minimal tools and resources to support the sales team. Processes for completing tasks after a sale are poorly designed and make it difficult to get things done efficiently. Leadership shows little accountability, which undermines trust and confidence. The HR leader is rarely present or accessible when needed. Works out of the country half the year. Employees are mandated to return to the office while certain leaders continue to work from home full time, creating a sense of unfairness.
