Pluspunten
Awesome work environment with a really great group of people. Safety is taken pretty seriously in my experience and even though it was a physically demanding job, it was administered well by management and safety rep.
Minpunten
The pay is just not there. It does not make sense to pay peanuts to people and expect industry leading professionals to apply and hold tenure. That being said - they are very luck for the crew they have considering the pay. PM's are very pushy as well and inconsiderate towards SR.
