Dom does not know how to lead. He is incredibly smart but is completely unaware of his shortcomings. Rather than take the negative review from May and use it as a place from which to grow, he went on the warpath to find out who wrote this "manifesto". Then he cleaned house of those who he thought were conspiring against him. The culture of fear has everyone looking over their shoulder, and it has quashed and ability to be truly creative.
