Overall nice people in a good space - HR team is fantastic - departments collaborate - great modern office space - good pay & visa

IT upper management is worst I've ever worked with. Ego driven development, toxic environment in IT. Micromanagement and constantly blaming others. Terrible custom framework holds back the entire company.

Every person has different experiences, but I mean it when I say that this company: [] Makes me feel like a part of a family, not a company.; [] Helps me grow as a person.; [] Lets me take a break when I feel like things are not going well with my personal life which is so much easier with the WFH setup.; [] Allows me to be myself without judgment,.; and [] Gives me more than enough courage and positive reasons to work, be better, and stay.

The only con I could think of is that I cannot stay outside of Thailand for more than 6 months straight, but that's not because of the company, but because of tax and visa regulations. Thankfully, Thailand is such a big country, and there are so many things people can do there.
