Most managers stay in the office, bash people who work, and don’t punish the ones that don’t. The freight system is a disaster also. Multiple trucks in one week, only to send you the same item that you already have tons on backstock. They have cut hours and don’t hire new folks, so you end up doing a job that needs 3 people, alone. No vacation time until you have been full time for one year. So even if you have been working 35 hours a week (full time by IRS definition) for 6 months, and then get full time, you will still wait a year to get vacation. While you are doing this, you will watch the managers take 3-4 vacations a year.
