Minpunten

Despite the change in leadership, nothing has improved under the new CEO. The senior leadership team remains ineffective, creating intense pressure at the top that trickles down to individual employees. Micromanagement is at its peak, leading to a toxic work environment with poor culture and little to no job security. Employees are expected to work overtime, and those who don’t comply may find themselves targeted. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and warning emails are frequently used as a means of pressure rather than genuine performance enhancement.

Pluspunten

The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

Minpunten

Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.
