Global interaction, part of a forward thinking organization, challenges. The company will support new ideas and give ownership of new concepts to the individual.

Minpunten

Some management have not really had the support training in dealing with direct reports and have the inability to understand how to deal with "people" on a daily basis. Motivation can sometimes be lacking and destructive hiring of sub-par managers does not help.

Great company! Awesome culture, amazing benefits, transparent management and the work itself is a lot of fun! Mobile apps! Excellent work/personal life balance, casual dress code, good medical and dental benefits, smart senior management, summer fridays, company lunches, etc.

Minpunten

Because of the nature of the mobile app environment the company has to quickly adapt to change.

The company culture is OK, inoffensive but just OK. They kept most of the perks of the old company I worked for in place until they moved operations to the East Coast.

Minpunten

Buongiorno is a multi-national and management sees employees more as a resource than as people. There's no cohesive business strategy.
