      The first few weeks have pros but they slowly start to change the rules. The Cliff’s job posting has earnings that are a great deal less.

      Minpunten

      Fear-based work environment, rude leadership, and incredibly terrible team-building opportunities. The company still hasn't paid me commission promised. I did not hear from them after leaving again after a promise that these issues would be resolved. They record you every move you make. The work environment is terrible.

      •Employers do what they can to find appropriate work for their employees in a field that works with their strengths •For the most part easy going, supportive for hours to an extent, extra work to be done at times •Freedom to some creative processes such as specials, visual advertisements, etc.

      Minpunten

      •Communication not the strongest, important events and meetings tend to be missed •Information not readily available to employees at many points of the day •Slow going progress on certain things, and priority on specific projects not always necessary
