•Employers do what they can to find appropriate work for their employees in a field that works with their strengths •For the most part easy going, supportive for hours to an extent, extra work to be done at times •Freedom to some creative processes such as specials, visual advertisements, etc.

•Communication not the strongest, important events and meetings tend to be missed •Information not readily available to employees at many points of the day •Slow going progress on certain things, and priority on specific projects not always necessary

They provide solid training and put their money where there mouth is. I got 4 weeks of training- both technical and field. Managers worked with me and progressed me up to being ready to be on line

You have to be real agressive- to make any money after training. It's all about sales- and it is once and done- you have to sell urgency- mot smart decision making. It's about the moment not a good investment.
