Pluspunten
The only positive aspects were the salary, location, and hiring crew. I can't speak for the management in other departments, but the management in the department I was hired for was very poor.
Minpunten
I was let go within a week of being hired. The training I received from the manager was inadequate, and she expected me to fully understand the job within two days. Everything changed after she discovered my age. I was never given a proper chance to perform the job, except for one instance where I was set up to fail and subsequently made a mistake. This setup led to my termination within a week. The department predominantly consists of employees of a similar age, and what happened to me should not happen to anyone. The manager even involved HR when she called me over, intending to create a scene and have me escorted out of the building. Despite her unprofessional behavior, including vaping during training, I remained calm and professional throughout the ordeal.
