Minpunten
The scheduling sucks big time. If you want a Work/Life balance - DO NOT work here! Schedule has totally screwed my circadian rhythm and I know a coworker that has developed health issues due to the scheduling issues. Every shift is 12 hours except half-shifts on Mondays. Supposed to be 42 hrs/wk, but company has cut production on Mondays (we still have to work though) and cut overtime for past 6+ months. Management only cares about job being done, not any details the employees bring attention to them. Each 'shift crew' and departments are self-interested; extremely limited team work between crews or departments. Some crews are cannibalized down to skeletal manning to fill in for call-offs, no-shows, and the sick; or just to support other functions deemed more important.
