1. Worst Management and no proper hierarchy 2. They will put you under pressure & stress to complete the task but won't recognize with the best pay for the work you do 3. If you want to claim your expenses, they will not give you the full amount, so better not to agree to transfer without confirming that 4. 2 years Agreement (Dosn't suites the company) 5. No 6th day Allowance for working in week ends/ public holidays instead they will give you comp - off which of no use because you can't take more leave (They may keep calling you again & again in the name of support & ruin your leave) 6. And many more

I have been working with this company for more than an year. This Company has one of the best processes that satisfies both the employee and the client. Opportunities are huge for those who wish to grow by delivering a dedicated work. "Fun at work" based culture with lot of entertainment events to burst out the stress of each & every employee. The most interesting part is the "Onsite opportunity" when you do your work properly. No restrictions on work timings and the company helps you to maintain a god work life balance. Incredible team that could go out of the way to help new employees and make sure that the new joinee enjoys working at Daemon. It isn't just a company, but also a team of great individuals. Most importantly, you get paid well with a very good package. Being located in Coimbatore, most of the companies here offer a very low package and fortunately Daemon will NOT fall in that category.

'Incentive plans', 'Employee recognition & rewards', 'Cafeteria' has to be improved. Apart from this, nothing downsides working for Daemon.
