As the title says - run. Expect excessive micromanagement to the extent of requiring approval for basic email communications. The work environment is detrimental and toxic. There's a pronounced bias in favor of senior representatives, leading to constant preferential treatment in deal allocation situations. The in-house CRM is extremely manual, demanding an extensive investment of time to input even 50 prospects into your sales tools (assuming you even have that many within your terrible patch of accounts).
