Pluspunten
The technology - I've been working with the tech directly on many different environment of all sizes and segments. I've seen what it can do and the value it provides, the self-learning AI is a game-changer for several reasons. I won't go in-depth here but I truly think its the leader in the network detect and respond segment. The culture - Working at Darktrace is about performance which I think is a good thing because it leaves freedom in how to achieve it. There is flexible hybrid work, going in office/remote or at the client's place when it's relevant. I have not witnessed any problems with discrimination internally and I find our team quite diverse which is refreshing and enlightening. I've never received unwarranted pressure, I've always had reasonable hours and managed my schedule pretty freely. The mission - Some jobs makes you wonder what's the point, not this one. Sure I'm not a doctor but I've always felt valuable in my job to the society, protecting important organisation so they can fulfil their mission is rewarding. I've never felt like I'm in one of those bullshit jobs.
Minpunten
- Transparency I don't know if I'm paid as much as my colleagues with the same title, I don't know why I'm sometimes getting raises. There no willingness to uphold local labor laws unless forced. this is something they've recognised and are working on though. - Young corporation Young: Processes aren't perfect or inexistant. Some accounts can be lost in the system and find no customer support. Some issues can be lingering for months before finding fixes. Corporation: corporate culture, but I think this is inevitable. Pointless meetings to motivate you, fake people cheering without believing it, maybe that's the anglo/american corporate culture but as a French person it sounds fake. Minor pet peeve though
