Good Pay, decent benefits, typically stable business.

Minpunten

Hostile work environment, unachievable expectations, dishonest feedback, zero acceptance to failure, and expendable view of work force. During my time they were "in between core values" if that explains anything. Forced me to terminate employees who fell ill to COVID.

This environment in the network group is entirely too toxic there is a person that is absolutely toxic will make you hate your life and is absolutely HR Nightmare how they're still there I do not understand do not work here do not work here you will regret it they are severely understand and do not appreciate employees
