Great start pay, quarterly bonus, good benefits, work support between peers.

Minpunten

You do not receive any sick hours, only 80 emergency hours unpaid, a few days of personal hours unpaid and a week or 2weeks of vacation hours, which has to last you a whole year on 12 hour shifts. Breaks are 3 10mins and 1 20 min lunch for a 12 hour shift. This year they are forcing us to work Thanksgiving and Christmas day. The HR department are not supportive at times very rude. Ip concerns are overlooked most of the time.

This environment in the network group is entirely too toxic there is a person that is absolutely toxic will make you hate your life and is absolutely HR Nightmare how they're still there I do not understand do not work here do not work here you will regret it they are severely understand and do not appreciate employees
