Data#3 has really supported me during a time when family life has been placing significant strain on things. The sourcing tool used to access candidates is clunky and though this is externally developed rather than internally created it could definitely be changed to another product for better efficiency and results. Really craping the barrel to find a con as there isn't anything i am unhappy about
