Women are inferior to men here, the pay isn't even close to what it should be for the work performed, employees are untrained and set up for failure on a daily basis, it is an extremely hostile work environment, the list goes on ...

Some great people and lots of potential for learning unexpected skills. You will be tested in patience, and you will learn to solve problems you may not be qualified to even attempt.

Minpunten

Management can not seem to decide what industry they are in. You will receive incomplete training and instruction, and you will be held responsible for things you were not even aware of. You will also be told to lie and be lied to. Management will concoct a new project a few times a year, shift it off to others, and then abandon it after wasting thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours. You will be forced to use broken equipment with very little support.
