Pluspunten
Datacubed Health has a lot of diverse and talented employees. There is a great amount of of transparency across all teams and management. As an employee, there is a lot of opportunity for product ownership and personal learning. You are not required to wear many hats, as all roles within the startup are clearly defined and delegated well (design, frontend, backend, science, product owners, etc.), but you can if you want. The company has been growing and trending upwards in terms of employees and business activity since I have joined here.
Minpunten
There were some growing pains, but senior leadership has been keen on learning from each bump in the road. The communication and transparency with staff has been key in defining the company's roadmap and direction.
