Minpunten
No subsidized lunch, no breakfast (even though a sister concern, Food Edge, exists).
No tissue boxes in the office – basic amenities missing.
No Iftar party during Ramadan, no annual party, no annual trip.
No provident fund, no gratuity, no annual leave encashment.
They claim a “Loyalty Fund Award” (LFA), but you have to wait over 7 years to get it.
Promotion is a daydream.
Increments: max 5k after six months, then you wait 2+ years for the next. If your increment falls in January, you don’t get it until June. Extremely poor raises overall.
The company does not value long-serving employees – staying 5–6 years is seen as a sign of being unqualified.
Getting fired is common, like breakfast. Older and senior employees are frequent targets.
Taking leave is treated as a crime. Seniors behave as if you’ve done something wrong.
You have annual leave, but you can neither enjoy it nor get cash for it. For employees with 5+ years, you may have 30+ days of leave – but if you try to take it, you will likely lose your job.
One senior manager was fired simply for taking two weeks of leave for a PMP exam.
Your Manager expects you to be available on weekends and on your leave days — and still assigns work as if you're doing home office on regular working days.
