- It is great to work for a nonprofit - The mission is equate to "reaching for the stars" which can be overwhelming but is at the same time a great driver - The colleagues are very welcoming and friendly - The benefits are better than in any other company I worked before
Minpunten
Since the company is quickly growing, the usual pain points are a common struggle. In many ways you need patience. E.g. processes and communication structures still need to be improved. The market we operate in is very complex and with certainty one of the main reasons a lot of the issues come up.
