      * Remote * Can choose NOT to work as much as you want.

      Minpunten

      * Cannot work whenever you want (Long periods where there is no work) * No transparency in terms of feedback. They won't even let you know that you've been cut off. You just get a blank dash. * Qualifications needed to give access to additional work take hours and are unpaid.

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.

      The assessments can be multiple very lengthy questions that can take up quite a bit of time and they are not paid.
