      I have been working in the company for 2+ years, the conditions are excellent, I am satisfied with the social package and the office and equipment and cookies, and the salary review.       Remote is difficult (war and covid forced to). In a warm office, the atmosphere was way better and more comfortable.

      The team leads of data engineers and data scientists are excellent specialists who can always explain things clearly. The corporate culture is well-developed. They hire juniors, making it a great place for a first job for a year or two.

      Reviews happen no more than once a year. More frequent reviews are possible, but the approval process will be very lengthy. Communication with the main co-founder, Sheremeta, is very difficult.
