      Wide variety of projects available Hard work is appreciated and rewarded Small teams create better depth of knowledge and "out of the box" thinking Compensation is fair to good Flexible schedules are available Enthusiasm at this company is real, and there is a lot of it . Laid back office environment

      Minpunten

      There is a heavy administrative load in addition to project requirements, though support staff is available. Performance management tools and practices are still developing as the company grows. Advancement is encouraged, promote within, but progress is slow. Sometimes too rank dependent and consensus-driven.

      Pluspunten

      - Fulfilling, I love the work that I do - I like the people I work with - I have learned a lot about SAP and current technology (hardware and software) - The company takes care of its employees - Small company, so I get to see my work all the way through to the end instead of doing a piece and passing it on to someone else

      Minpunten

      - It's not a con for me, but may be for others; because it's a small company there is a lot expected of everyone. It is not a typical punch in at 8am and punch out at 5pm, although normally that's what I work. When I have a lot of work on my plate I will work longer days and occasionally on the weekends. I would rather be busy than be bored, watching the clock all day.
