Great place to jumpstart a career. * Compact engineering core keeps work environment tight knit. Still has some small-company vibes (bi-weekly boba, random "snack attacks") * Work is engaging and feels impactful, lots of room to leave your mark * Higher-ups very receptive to feedback and very transparent on "state of the union"-esque topics

* Office is terrible, although not an issue for COVID/remote work * HR seems to follow industry trends instead of leading, as a result some efforts seem flat/bare-minimum (ex: D&I, COVID response) * Company looks to solve D&I in some divisions (engineering), but does not seem like much headway has been made
