Very nice environment where you will be able to talk with any of your colleagues (also the most important & expert) very easily and with a friendly tone. A lot of flexibility on the work time and work location. A lot of benefits in the contract and also a lot of experience organized by the company for improve the relations with your colleagues

I've been here for a few months but at the moment i doesn't see any strong disadvantages
