1. Complete WFH from first day of Joining (Need to visit office once a year when there is client visit) 2. Full Transparency from CEO about the market situation and company's performance 3. Higher management is highly professional (Never Experienced Politics) 4. They always have point's for end client improvement and never runs behind the client to showoff like other companies 5. They always think good for end client by setting companies business opportunities aside 6. Point 5 and 6 are the unique selling points of DA which makes DA unique from other companies 7. Employee's get compensatory off if they have asked to work of weekend in exceptional cases 8. They set good policies employee centric like optional holiday, Nice leave policy, Good trainings on Men's or Woman's day apart from mandatory trainings like POSH
