Inexperienced managers make work miserable. Seriously. As teams grow they pick managers by figuring out who has been here the longest. Managers don’t listen or manage. Managers are mostly skilled at kissing up or masking problems. Lots of grumbling under the surface now. Seems like a crisis is brewing but nobody notices because of insane growth and fun team outings.
