4yWe appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback, and want to apologize that your experience at Datadog was anything but positive. We strive to build a culture of growth and shared success and don't tolerate any form of bullying. This is absolutely something we'll be addressing internally with our leadership team to understand better where this is happening, and why. Our leaders and managers go through dedicated workshops centered around Datadog's management practices, unconscious bias, providing feedback and more, as we recognize the impact that managers have on an individual's growth and success in the company. We work to keep these trainings updated and relevant, dependent on needs that are identified for our leaders and managers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and know that your feedback is heard and will be addressed as we continue to learn how to be the best company we can be for our employees.
