SDR team is very supportive of one another, sharing notes with each other and giving each other tips on how to do better. There is no internal fight, even for those within the same territory.
Minpunten
1. Salary is slightly lower than other companies of the same scale. 2. Quota was recently raised for SDR team making it more challenging to hit quotas. Not everyone is hitting every month. 3. AE team with constant inflow and outflow of AEs means SDRs have to constantly adapt to working with new people. 4. Territory expanding and structure changing, changes keep coming and have to constantly adapt. Overall I would say pros still outweigh the cons, and it is a positive environment to work in with friendly and helpful colleagues.
