Too many incompetent managers who just want meetings to keep busy. - No communication between Product Owners and Sales. This results in sales of Products and features that don’t exist. This just ends up in another crisis. - Product owners are becoming Business Analysts. DLX is no longer a Product house. DLX no longer has an excellent product
