1. Learn a lot of things. Plenty rooms to make mistakes & improve. 2. Starting salary quite competitive but don't expect annual increment!
Minpunten
1. Micro management from site's top level 2. Do not want to invest in employee development 3. No clear KPI set for each department or individual 4. Inconsistent increment, no increment for 2018, 2019 5. Inconsistent bonus & very small amount (example around 0.3 months) 6. Poor communication & decision making from management 7. Very bias in job distribution & those perform needed to cover for not performing but have family relations with top management
