Pluspunten
Small tight knit team, people help each other
Minpunten
1. Ridiculous workload. You have to do a lot of extra task for other departments. It should be their job, but instead they pass on as though they are the only ones that are busy. 2. Sales team crazy timeline. Over-promised customer on delivery date, without consulting other departments. Sales does not care about freight time, delays, or add any buffers to the project timeline. 3. Culture of who can overrule who. They ask you if can commit, if you say no then they will ask your boss, if your boss say no then they will go up higher and higher until someone says yes. 4. No bonus, no OT pay, expect everyone to work on weekends to meet deadline. No replacement rest day for working weekends either. No parking allowance, expect everyone to come back to office when parking at office is RM10 per day. If parking outside, rm6 also. 5. A product manufacturing company that doesn't use its own product or provide reasonable ergonomic chairs for the employees. They promote all these consoles, but their employees sit on basic chairs and tables. No consoles to show to customer either. All using previous customer projects as reference. 6. No flexi working hours. 7. No proper communication in the whole company. 8. Management only care about profits, but yet they say they want to take care of employees. Gap of communication between management and employees is big. 9. Company doesn't care about promoting internally. Hire someone experienced from outside, then when that person isn't performing, find new person. Cycle repeats until find someone desperate enough to stay with all the incompetence of the company. 10. No proper flow of engineering process. Direct new design, send product to customer, then patch problems along the way.
