New CEO is a ultra-bully and hires other bullies. Whip, whip the horse, never feed it. Doing tremendous damage to the company. COO hires very badly. CFO fired. CIO fired. New one is non-technical and unqualified. Like CEO, lives to berate. Company facing cut backs due to sales, may get sold to larger firm. HR is overwhelmed.
