DayTwo is a company that people interested in the intersection of health sciences, technology, and business, will absolutely love. The market is prime for a few breakout companies, and there were so many stories from people and practitioners alike on how the product has changed their health, lives, and practice. Like other leading startups, the opportunity to learn and upside is tremendous. I acquired what felt like years of experience within my first few months working with the company. The "work" included both early stage exec-level responsibility in building a business and world-class healthcare company, while at the same time rolling up sleeves and operating in a startup team environment. This was a common practice at the company, they are really focused on building product for the market and having ICs and leaders alike play a role in shaping that. Finally, and the best part for me, are the people. The exec team and BOD have done excellent in acquiring and retaining talent to build a long-term business . Everyone from scientists and engineers to business executives were great to work with and had strong track records of success. For me, I appreciated the fact that we could all vigirously debate a topic and still end with smiles and laughter, and a focus on the bigger picture. Visiting the Tel Aviv office and having so many people that we never met welcome us in was a great feeling and meant a lot. While unfortunately I had to step away for a family/health reason, I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again, and refer them to those in my network looking for new opportunities.
