Great company Benefits are the same with other companies now a days. Work from home setup forever.

Minpunten

Great company but the local management is the problem. Heavy workload once you promoted to which 5-10% of your salary.

Pluspunten

Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

Minpunten

Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

Minpunten

No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
