      Pluspunten

      Before the company was recently obliterated on Aug. 1, 2014 due to the corporate consolidation of all Cox Automotive companies, the work-life balance was quite good.

      Minpunten

      Sub-par Rails programmers. Despite having fanatic adherents to pair programming practices and a supposed, self-proclaimed "architect", the core product would frequently have serious production defects negatively impacting our customers. Build failures happened daily in the continuous integration environment. Generally, the ones who decided to accept the move to Manheim are the poorer performers and I'd be very cautious about hiring them for future projects...

      The possibility for what the company could become is the only drawl here, though you find out real quick that the likely hood of this start up succeeding are slim.

      Minpunten

      Favoritism by management. Management has no experience managing others and it shows in the performance of the employees. All stress with zero reward. They lie and tell you that the compensation is worth it at this start up, but in the end, no one hits the unrealistic goals set by management; therefore, no one makes any $. They allow for employees to utilize and eat up there rolodex with lies about a product that does not do what they say and once your rolodex is used up, they are done with you.
