      Nice and friendly Colleagues Office is situated very near the MRT station(Raffles pl) Food choices are unlimited You get do everything, so opportunity to learn is there if you are willing to push yourselves

      Minpunten

      There is no vision. Aims to get big scale projects, get some money into their pocket. Squeezing the employees and blame them when they are unable to deliver. Can be pushed to do projects that are of no interest to you, due to the lack of man power Poor management Low morale throughout the company Absolutely no transparency between employees and management

      We value each employee in the company and is supportive of staff training. Appraisals are conducted twice yearly and our HOD help their team members to develop their skills to improve their performance. They will identify possible solutions and relevant training to help them achieve their goals. Many of the current employees are equipped with qualified certification and we have spent $100,000 on training. Thank you for your feedback and we will continuously improve on development process and employee development needs.

      Pluspunten

      Lots of room to grow and learn if that's what you are looking for. In face it would be a steep learning curve for anyone starting out as a UX/UI Designer here.

      Lack of project managers resulting in designers needing to double up as designers and project managers at the same time.
